01

Who we are

PageDrop (pagedrop.cc) lets people build a public link-in-bio page. This policy explains what personal data we process when you use our website and service, and your rights. Questions? Email privacy@pagedrop.cc.

02

What we collect

  • Account data: your email address and sign-in details, handled by our authentication provider Clerk.
  • Page content: your username, display name, bio, avatar and links. This is public by design.
  • Billing data: if you subscribe, Stripe processes your payment details. We never see or store your full card number; we keep your plan and subscription status.
  • Analytics: when someone visits a PageDrop page we count the view and any link clicks per day. For clicks we may store the referring website's domain and the visitor's country (derived from their IP address by our host). We don't store IP addresses or build visitor profiles, and we don't use advertising cookies.
  • Mailing-list signups: if a page owner enables the signup form, the email addresses visitors submit are stored for that page owner.
03

How we use it

  • To run the service: show your page, keep you signed in, save your changes.
  • To bill paid plans and enforce plan limits.
  • To show you statistics about your own page.
  • To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
04

Legal basis

We process account, page and billing data to perform our contract with you; analytics and security on our legitimate interest in running a reliable service; and anything else only with your consent. For mailing-list signups, the page owner decides why they collect emails and is responsible for them; we process them on the owner's behalf.

05

Who we share it with

We use these providers to run PageDrop. They only process data on our instructions:

  • Clerk: authentication
  • Convex: database and file storage (EU region)
  • Stripe: payments, invoices and tax
  • Vercel: website hosting
  • Google Fonts: only if a page uses a custom font, the visitor's browser loads it from Google

We don't sell personal data.

06

Cookies

We use only essential cookies and local storage: to keep you signed in (Clerk) and to remember your light/dark preference. Public pages don't set tracking cookies.

07

How long we keep it

We keep your account and page while your account exists. Daily statistics are kept for up to 90 days of reporting. When you delete a page or your account, its content, statistics and subscribers are deleted. Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires.

08

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, object to processing, and complain to your data protection authority. Most of this you can do yourself in the dashboard; for anything else email privacy@pagedrop.cc and we'll respond within 30 days.

09

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date above, and tell you by email for significant changes.
